Each participant creating their own unique coaching program based on their unique skills, market, and practice goals. One of the greatest challenges coaches face is remaining relevant in the marketplace. That includes understanding the marketplace, generating demand for their services and remaining current of what to charge for your services. 

Through an easy-to-use formula for ongoing self-reflection that has proven to enhance coaching, you will learn how to stay aware of your present and future clients needs. With this knowledge you will be able to stay relevant in the changing marketplace. The same steps will help you create programs that are culturally and contextually sensitive and accessible to your clientele. In other words, you are going to create your four “P’s” for your coaching practice; Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.

Combining the advantages of this  step-by-step process with the feedback from your peers and your instructor, you will refine your coaching process and your reach into your marketplace. You will also have a group of champions to support you as you expand your reach! 

During the classes you will take the role of coach practicing both laser and group coaching. In the role of client, you will present your coaching program to evolve your practice to the next level. This is a trifecta investment: 1. education units, 2. A step-by-step process for reflecting to enhance your coaching and your coaching formula for future programs, and 3. Group coaching skill development.
