Mentor Agility’s Trauma Informed Coaching Certification is the exclusive coaching certification underlying Veterans Talking to Veterans program. Mentor Agility trains veterans in the trauma informed art of storytelling and coaching. This approach is an out-of-the-box approach that is evidence-based and proven to improve the participants performance, goal achievement, and the quality of their lives.

Storytelling is the backbone of the program with methods like Hero’s Journey®️ Change Model and other inspiring approaches that evoke the imagination of the mind and body. Through the coaching process clients transform destructive and harmful emotions into constructive and powerful sources of creativity. Veterans Talking to Veterans is truly a unique program designed specifically with Veterans in mind to help them achieve their goals in life with the support of those who have walked the same path that they have.

Veterans have a higher occurrences of both chronic disease and mental illness. Veterans Talking to Veterans coaches are trained to recognize red flags and warning signs related to physical health and mental illness so they can make referrals to medical, mental health, and even financial professionals.

The Veterans Talking to Veterans program welcomes collaboration.  In addition to the Wyoming Veterans Commission, Wyoming Catholic Charities in Cheyenne is hosting Veterans Talking to Veterans on Thursday nights at 6 pm. They open their doors to all military, Veterans, and their families of all faiths and beliefs.
